I can take a couple of junk boxes here and try to verify that the solution works here.Unfortunately I had to leave before I was able to get any of this working, I won't get back there now and so I won't have TV access. Hmm.that is strange. 
But those are my problems to deal with. And Chrome Remote access failed during the last year and I've never been able to get that fixed either.
